SO ... IS EVERYONE ENJOYING THE LONG LABOR DAY WEEKEND?

Actually a quiet day here. I didn't get to make my new Cauliflower Soup recipe yesterday; so, that will be today.

Dinner, I'm thinking sweet and sour pork or chicken (http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/saraso ... -pork-6266) over rice; fruit salad. Something quick and easy.

Today I made my Tamarind Chicken Wings (sort of) http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/tamari ... ings-11284. I used chicken breast instead of wings, also carnival squash (kind of like acorn squash) with butter and brown sugar, and oven-roasted zucchini.

Sounds delish. I am going with sweet and sour pork; but, a little play on my favorite recipe. On the side; probably some peaches as dessert with whipped cream and honey.
