Sausage and pasta ... OK, nothing wrong with that. Fish and spuds; match made in heaven. Sounds good guys! I will be inside ... rain, unless it goes away - typical FL pm showers. I'm used to it.

Happy Cooking All!!!

Tonight it was my crispy oniony chicken breast http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/crispy ... reast-5290, leftover corn casserole, and leftover spaghetti squash with bacon, kale and goat cheese. Oh, and fresh grape pie!

Hey will be planting kale in Sept. Will have more than I can use by Nov.

Tonight I made penne pasta with a rich brown sauce, red peppers, onions, crimini mushrooms, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and rosemary.

I Swear I Posted This Around 10am. Really!!!

So Sorry guys. My internet has been very flaky today; I guess I didn't check after I posted it.

Well, it is my birthday; so, I had a nice breakfast out with a friend. Cheese blintz w/fresh berries.
Dinner, just me; and, I planned shrimp scampi, but didn't feel like that - too rich.

I am doing shrimp; and, I am doing pasta. Just a simple tomato, zucchini, olive, onion, saute with wine and fresh basil and oregano. Just wanted something lighter. Still having a cucumber salad.
