What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner 8/3

HAPPY HUMP DAY EVERYONE!!! WE ARE HALF WAY THERE ...

Ladies #1 and #2: http://www.recipezazz.com/.../sarasotas-delicious...; Italian salad; garlic bread.

Me: Back to my Asian pork burger, hopefully the rain will hold off until later. The burger with garlic, cilantro, ginger, red pepper flakes, scallions, etc; then, topped with cucumber and carrots, sriracha mayo; potato salad and fruit on the side.

A pretty quiet day for me.

Made some penne pasta with sauted (from the garden) green peppers, onions, finely chopped rosemary, garlic (not from the garden), crumbled bacon, and faux white wine (white grape juice) and chicken stock, oregano, a pinch of red pepper flakes and chicken chunks. Then sprinkled with fresh ribboned basil and grated parm.
