FYI, you know I am a big soup fan; so, soup anytime is good for me.
I sort of changed my black bean chili tonight, I added some corn and green chilies; but, still good. I made it yesterday; and, glad it rested over night; because it was a bit spicy yesterday - better today.

I got 4 containers for the freezer which is great. For just me; it makes a great quick go to dinner.

I thought I posted yesterday; I must of forgot. Busy day.

Yesterday I did a small pan seared roasted small pork loin finished in the oven, Italian marinade. Roasted spuds; and a simple 3 bean salad. Nothing special.
------------------------------------
Tonight, just a salad. I have some leftover avocado, some salmon to grill, cucumber, radish, artichokes, etc. I might make a green goddess dressing too. Bread is already in the ABM.

What is everyone else up to?

We buy the ravioli lasagna and my family likes it! I think it's supposed to serve 8 it serves us (3 of us) for two nights. Not sure of their other meals as we only has the lasagna.

Ellie, I haven't bought too much there - mostly Sams Club; but, I have others say their food was good.

Morning all!!

Thursday; and been busy. Today, not too much. My dinner; it is all leftovers; so very easy for me.

Lady #3+3: http://www.recipezazz.com/r…/chorizo-mu ... stew-21279; iceberg lettuce wedge w/spicy citrus vinaigrette; crusty bread

Me: Leftover pork from the other night; mashed potatoes w/sauerkraut, onion, and cheese; roasted brussels sprouts.

My husband likes lima beans too - so I look for recipes that use dried or frozen lima beans sometimes. My son likes carrots - so this looks like an easy and good dinner.
