Tonight was chicken satay with peanut sauce, air-fryer roasted broccoli, Cambodian grilled corn, and pineapple.
It was a perfect day to grill. Sunny and 75F.
Back to winter tomorrow.
What a tasty looking dinner...yum...

My cooking hasn't been elaborate lately. Back, neck and knee putting on a floor show all at the same time. So simple recipes get the nod.
Wednesday: Crispy tacos
Thursday breakfast: Biscuits and gravy

We went out to watch a mariachi band and had drinks and I had ceviche. Bill had the fish tacos.
It was loud.
