Dinner= bbq chicken legs, potato salad, salad. Homemade yogurt with chopped fruit.

Dinner today will be lasagna soup (taking care of a box of lasagna noodles that hit the floor and every piece broke), toasted ravioli and I made some Buffalo chicken salad for tomorrow's lunch.
Thinking of making air fryer broccoli.

:D bbq steak, luscious egg noodles with butter and fresh parsley and roasted Brussels sprouts with a bit of bacon.

I made beef fajitas last night using some of the left over herb beef skewers...I just add some mexican seasoning to it and the hubby was a happy camper...

It's really gentle. Most times I like Chinese really spicy hot. But yesterday I was giving the peppers a break.

Tonight was chicken satay with peanut sauce, air-fryer roasted broccoli, Cambodian grilled corn, and pineapple.
It was a perfect day to grill. Sunny and 75F.
Back to winter tomorrow.
