Felix ... stay as long as you can. ENJOY! Dinner sounds good.
8, well considering some ... that isn't too bad. COLD, but wow the temps. Just stay inside :)

Good Morning,

Hopefully things are slowly starting to warm up a bit for all of us.
A busy day yesterday; trying to do some catch up after being sick almost 2 weeks.

Today's Cooking ...

Ladies #1 and #2: Pork loin in the crock w/apples, onion, sweet potatoes; kale and spinach salad w/cranberry vinaigrette

Me, I have chicken breasts, stuff for a stir fry sauce, sugar snap peas, peppers, onions, lomein noodles, and pineapple (my pineapple salsa).
Not sure, but a stir fry of some kind. Not sweet and sour; but, I will include the pineapple in some way.

Kids finally went back to school, which means we all got up at dark-thirty this morning. The heat wave continues, though...it's 9 degrees with a wind chill of just -23. ;)

Dinner will be simple: tacos with Spanish rice on the side.

Lunch is ham, collard greens and corn bread leftovers.
Dinner will be grilled chicken on salad. Also my pineapple is ready but my mischief with it involves rum.

Love sweet baby rays; I do the same with my tenderloins too. Always delish.

We had a fully cooked ham that I just sliced and pan fried. I made a yummy mustard sauce, sort of like a honey mustard, but no honey. It was delicious. I will post tomorrow. Really proud of that, glad it turned out. We also had twice baked potatoes with steamed broccoli and cauliflower and fresh baked dinner rolls. It was delicious!

Sounds good Dis. I've been enjoying my Holiday ham. I'm taking out some tomorrow as well.
Dinner sounds yummy!

We're doing something with chicken (honestly not sure what her plan is, and I love that I haven't cooked other than popping a bagel in the toaster in almost a week), with garlic bread and broccoli.

I think I have to go home tomorrow. :( We can't really justify blaming the weather for my staying here any more when it's supposed to be above freezing and raining.

Edit:
Well, who knew? She's using one of my recipes. :) #recipe2566

Afternoon,

I had to work 24hrs, so exhausted; and then, a few appointments.
Crazy day.

Felix, dinner sounds good. Nice to not cook for a few days.

Me, right now I'm not hungry at all. I was planning my ham, sweet potato, salad; but, I don't know if I want all that. I may just have the rest of the stir fry from last night. I have plenty; and, it's quick and easy.
