I've got some marinara sauce I want to do something with...but the only meat I appear to have is bacon, smoked sausage, and cod. I cannot see any of those things working. Grocery day got delayed until Friday, so I'm having to reinvent cuisine in ways it was never intended.

Or, you know, I'll go in a completely different direction having unearthed a package of boneless skinless chicken thighs from the freezer.

I'm doing Turkish Chicken Thighs (from F.com) because I also have some Greek yogurt to use up.
