a new home has FINISHING issues and if you are like me and a perfectionist; it takes a lot of work to plan everything, because you try to get as much done as possible when take possession. That includes little things, like paintcolors, paint finishes, all the tile, lights in every room and outside, all the plants, and even all the closet shelf designs. KC, you are SO right. I planned all of those things while the house was being built except for the planting. Didn't know what the climate would support so didn't get gung ho about planting. The cabinets were constructed with white melamine liners so no shelf lining for me. :D

Denise, a soft sage bathroom sounds sooooooooo soothing and lovely. I'm with you on the organization. I have to put in closet organizers before we can even consider moving into the new house. Sweetie is spoiled with having all of his clothes in one place.

Dinner out tonight which will be Italian.

Winter wonderland this morning with more snow expected. My bulb/flowers are now frozen.

I will start a new thread later in the day for April 1st which is tomorrow.

Nin, so sorry about the plants. I remember that from MI. I hated seeing all the daffodils and crocus and then done 2 days later with a snow storm.

Nice today, warm and cloudy, but warm.

Enjoyed dinner with my friend last night and got a lot accomplished for her up coming wedding.

Tonight, a new recipe. A salmon, potato, and fresh spinach cake. I already have the salmon cooked, so just the potato. The sauce is a simple mayo, sour cream, dill and jalapeno sauce. And my cumin coleslaw, posted on here. Maybe a tomato slice

I may head out and lay or bake in the sun in a bit ... I could use some color :)

Um...pizza rolls? Leftovers? Maybe a sandwich? I have no earthly idea, other than that it doesn't involve cooking because I'm working a hockey game tonight.

I have a slow cooker recipe bookmarked for those I have been wanting to test out for a while - I hope yours turns out :)

I am having lobster tonight. When I was at the store yesterday, I noticed they had cooked some whole lobsters, marking them down to $10 each. I grabbed on nice big looking one and will either make it into a lobster salad or just reheat it and serve it Maine-style tonight.
