Sorry Felix ... I have had those nights too.

It is 10pm, and I just ate. My son came over with a bit of disturbing news. Migrains and blacking out when he is physical; then, as soon as is rests for a minute or two, it's gone.

Went to a clinic today. Blood tests, then a specialist. But, they seem to know what it is, and, a simple treatment. They didn't give him the details, but he stopped over for 3 hours. So much for getting anything done; but, his health comes first. We will know more on Monday.

Got me nervous, anxious, and uneasy; finally at 9, I decided I needed to eat. Made Bergy's Frittata. Will get to a review and pics. I improvised a bit, but overall, stuck to the recipe. Very very nice!! Pics, on a paper plate and plastic fork; I'm too tired and stressed to think about that. But, it was good. I ended up with fresh grapes for dessert - I put them in the freezer approx 20 minutes. Icy cold and delicious.

Sometimes, things just don't as planned

We were unloading and packing. Stressful. House is a mess.

We ate burgers and fries from a local place and it was pretty good! The buns were toasted, and the veggies tasted fresh, like farm grown fresh. I wonder if they got them from a local farmer, because I need his name until we get ripened tomatoes from our garden.

Sorry, Dis. Deep breath, and relax.
I spent over an hour trying to find my glasses today. I left them in the car ... I never drive with them, they are only for close up work. I must of gone out to the car and left them there. If I hadn't run an errand, I would still be looking!! =)) =)) =)) =))

Glad your stuff and loved one arrived home safe. I have a feeling I will be digging around looking for missing parts for my own furniture in a few days. Hope you find your parts soon so you can enjoy your things again :)

We had the hotdogs and nice fresh cukes. Also made some Arby's Curly fries by request, which are a new item sold in the freezer case at Publix. Bf really wanted me to make them for him.

I thought I'd have the mango I bought at the farmstand as my dessert tonight, but I wasn't all that hungry for it once I was done with dinner. I guess that will be part of my breakfast.

I will check out the curly fries. NOT something I buy often; but, I usually keep a bag of fries or onion rings in the freezer. I hate to deep fry for just me.

I have always used the Ore Ida ... and they are ok, but I always have to season them.

The only reason I have a deep fryer is for my BF's french fries. :D I rarely deep fry anything else. The Arby's fries were good - nice seasoning on them.

I have a fry baby. Got it at the goodwill I think. It was like $5 in the box. Brand new.
Works great. I just don't fry much either. I do make fried fish on an occasion. I have made hush puppies, and fries too.

When we fry for our poker nights, I have a turkey fryer, and we get that out. But fried food, I admit is tasty.

I'll have to try the Arbys. I do like to keep the fries and rings on hand to go with a sandwich.
