Another one of those days. Can't be any worse than the last couple of days.
Shapes, dinner sounded good.
Dinner ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Vegetable lasagna; I haven't posted this yet, but it has a mushrooms onion layer, a layer of roasted red peppers; and another layer of zucchini. All with a white sauce vs red; caesar type of salad; homemade Italian loaf.
Me: Beef patty topped w/sauteed onions, mushrooms, and a bourbon BBQ sauce; roasted maple acorn squash; orange and greens salad with a poppy seed dressing.

Can't hurt!Sue wrote:Today is going to be catfish. And greens. If I cook southern food will it make me feel warmer?

Tonight I'm doing #recipe7633. I'm still on the "use up stuff to make room for new stuff" campaign, and that'll take care of quite a few things I've got roaming around.

Having shattered both feet; I can relate - I'm so sorry. I hope you get some good news from the Ortho guy. Certainly nothing you wanted to have happen, especially around the holidays.
How in the world did it happen? At work ... I would hope it would be workers comp for that at least. Not that it makes that any better, but at least med expenses would be paid for. Again, so sorry.
And pizza ... definitely goes with narcotics! Take it easy and rest up the best you can.

Re: WHAT'S FOR DINNER - DECEMBER 2013
Well, last night it was so late, a burger was it for me; a bit of a crazy day. Today, I have a screen guy coming and a roof guy; so, I'm stuck here for a while.
Dinner, on the grill since the weather is 84 today. Not exactly winter is it? But, no complaints.
I have some pork chops - pre-marinated in the freezer, so; a quick thaw and ready to go. I also have acorn squash to bake/and finish on the grill w/maple orange glaze; and a green salad with oranges, onions, radish, and a poppy seed dressing.
