Last night Bill made us tacos.
This morning he made BLT's for breakfast.
Lunch has arrived and I'm....still slacking. Outside of getting my yogurt pot going, not much from me. Hopefully later.
I think we will grab something out while running errands.

Last night I made fried chicken. Today I made some Thai style chicken salad for a reader request.
Hoping to bake some cookies and I have no idea about dinner. Maybe bake some salmon.

Salmon isn't panning out and then I decided I would make muffulettas but the market was out of the bread I wanted. Kind of late to be baking bread so I will just put that one off.
Did get some shrimp potato salad made. No cookies as I had mentioned earlier.
Back pain is following me around now so whatever I make, it will be simple.

Veg today for Ash Wednesday.
I'm not Catholic but I enjoy any day with dictates for certain kinds of food.
So lunch was fried walleye with fries and slaw.
Dinner will be a vegetarian version of muffuletta with whatever is in the fridge still or chips. I have stuff to make a salad.
