Morning Everyone!
RR, what type of corn casserole did you make; that, sounds really good.
Just got off work, so exhausted. Today is pretty hectic like yesterday.
Ladies #1 has her unexpected company, so no need to cook. Lady #2 is joining them for dinner; so I am off the hook.
Me, I plan on ... but, that hasn't worked out too well. Making, sort of beef pasties/hand pies.
But, I am using pork I think from my freezer stash. I also have some freezer hash browns, I could add with onions, maybe, apples too (since the pork was cooked in beer and apple cider). Store bought pie crust ... because everyone knows I hate to bake; but, I do have some homemade pork gravy in the freezer too.
I might roast some beets too. I think those over some greens might make a nice salad for this.
