Morning everyone,

Well lots of things to do today before we are hit with a snow storm starting tomorrow morning & lasting into the weekend. The weatherman is making a lot of noise about this so we will see?

I made my chili yesterday with the addition of the 14oz no spice pumpkin. It was as the article stated you could not taste the pumpkin. The finished dish was more orange due to this addition. It was as described thicker & on the tong you could feel the difference in texture.

Today I will make chicken wings as I have seen some nice photos here on site. Still have to pick which recipe I will make but they will be baked.

Moning Nin, button down the hatches! Stay warm and safe

Supposed get some possible strong storms today, but the front is weakening and it just looks like some rain. We need more than just a little. Oh well, at least it will be a little.

My some really good ravioli last night, took some pictures which I hoped turned out really good, for once I even set it up and made it look really pretty. And when I took my card out - nothing, all cropped and cut off, but I can see the whole pic is there - I'm going to call my friend and see if there is anyway to save them. I'm not sure what happened. I guess I will have to wait until I make my second batch. I frozen 2 baggies. But they turned out really good. Chicken, ricotta, fontina and spinach, in wontons. The sauce I made a light cream sauce with fontina, but not really heavy, it had white wine and fresh basil. Delicious!

Today ...
For Lady #1, #2 and myself, the same thing, nothing requires the oven which is good since it isn't fixed yet

Lady #1 and #2 I will saute some peaches in white wine, and serve with mascarpone, honey and nuts for dessert

Morning Church,

The ravioli sounds nice. Look forward to hopefully seeing the photos.

Yes button down the hatches. Forecast now says it will arrive earlier, around dinner time today. I have been hearing that the south is looking for some rain.

Just waiting for the store to open then I am out of here. Still have a little bit of a wait, lol.

I'm not a huge Walmart fan, but open 24/7 is nice, when I get up at 4:30 walmart is great to go to and pick up a few items. I can't stand to go during the weekend.

Hoping to fix the pics somehow, I hope they turned out. But the recipe will be posted later, it was tasty using leftover chicken
It rained for 15 minutes, lightly. Hasn't rained more since and it doesn't look promising for later, maybe just a little.

Stay warm, walmart was not crowded which was great. Was able to pick up a few ingredients which is all I needed. Cats were going to hold a mutiny if I didn't get treats for them! Spoiled babies.

Very, very foggy here. Temp sitting at 30.7 freezing point.

Still waiting for the stores to open & bored as all inside work is completed. Watched "Stonehenge Apocalypse" due to boredom. Another destroy the planet movie.

Yes cat mutiny, I know well, lol.

You are talking to a SyFy fan. I love disaster movies. I can name them all, trust me. I watch them over and over. I know I'm nuts, I know!

It was foggy here too, most of the rain over for now, but hopefully more coming. My Wally World shopping is done, so I'm happy. Working from home today and lots to do!!

Big SyFy fan also. This one wasn't bad as it has some great special effects. Plus it was not the core of the earth that was melting down this time, lol.

With the cold temp & the fog it is very damp here so that makes it uncomfortable.

MeMare, breakfast for dinner always enjoyed here.

That or the atmosphere NIn, they has blasted nukes in the core, beneath the core in the atmosphere, on several asteroids and even on the moon with Steven Baldwin. You name it ... they have done it.

Yes, pretty cool effects with the stones themselves. It was different.

MM, nice dinner. I love brekkie. For me, I don't do it too often, but I do love it. When married, we had it every couple of weeks. We loved waffles with a fresh fruit syrup. Eggs and sausage or bacon. I like both. My ex, sausage; my son bacon. I usually made both :)
Definitely Yummy!
