WHAT'S FOR DINNER - MAY 2014

My plans changed. No bonfire tonight. No one really felt up to it. It was also so blasted hot, didn't feel like cooking. Went to the deli and had hoagies. Very nice meal, with lots of leftovers for the coming week. ;)

Morning Everyone!

Home from work, and you would think I could sleep. No such luck; and, unfortunately it will be light soon - which means no sleep.

Dinner, very easy tonight.
My chicken breast was so big the other night, I have just enough leftover for pizza. I'm thinking BBQ.
A co-worker is stopping by tonight to pick up some files; so, I invited him for dinner.

I think I'll brush on the BBQ sauce, add fresh mozz, chicken, red bell pepper and onion. Hopefully it will taste good. I'll make a salad too. That's about it. I'll either do it on the grill or oven, depending on the afternoon showers.

Dis, sometimes it is just nice to get out; and not worry about cooking. Glad you had a nice dinner.

Didn't get to the potato salad last night because I ended up going on an unexpected date. I'll make it tomorrow for dinner on Monday.

Dinner tonight will be some kind of leftovers from my ridiculously huge freezer stash. Most likely #recipe7632. I've also still got a bit of #recipe5727, so that'll work nicely for a side.
