Forgot to post dinner-------
tonight is a mishmash of leftovers. Making a ham and potatoe casserole, a fresh loaf of garlic and herb infused bread, and an apple crisp for dessert. (apples from out trees)
All cozy comfort food as it is 36 degrees out today and grey clouds. Supposed to warm up to high 40's but dreary.

Thank you Church, I am looking forward to the company & the "meal". I have just gone & collected all the winter wear (coats & boots) in this home. Boy is there a lot of stuff!!! Dd said all she is taking is one coat? This child is headed into one of the "coldest/snowiest areas of Canada" there is. Plus lets add the North West Territories where she will be doing business monthly. She must think these places are Florida? Then again I have never found her geography to be good.

LOL, on the Blog Feature. The thing is in your job you get to see some interesting shows & sports events that I only dream of. Plus "sometimes" the food sounds very good. Never get fed where I work unless it is a potluck at Christmas.
"New biomedical cancer research center" I have had to have test in such a department before. The employees remind me of "Devo" as they all look the same.
Good luck on your fourth term!

We have a major teaching hospital/University here. I am also a patient so BIG HUGS to you! I volunteer at the Food Bank as the families in my area have been hit bad by the economy. Many unemployed.

Dinner tonight is finally going to be the Singapore Chicken I've been planning to make for a couple of weeks. It happens. Turns out I ended up getting screwed out of two days of work this week because of other people's inability to return a phone call, so I've got the day off (and Friday as well, apparently).

I do like this recipe & have made it four times. I also have the peanuts on the grocery list so I can make it again next week. I will be making the pork dish soon also.
I am sorry about work.

LOL Church. If anyone is coming to Florida it will be me. Facing another Canadian winter might be the death of me.

Better you than me. I would be in my leggings, long underwear, wool sweater and down comforter from September through June. I am SUCH A WIMP!
