Hubby has requested hamburgers. So I need to start searching to make it more than just burgers. Of course, I am making coleslaw and potato salad. (healthier than fries!) ;)

Ninner, it sounds miserably cold! :?

Dis, Mix a little chipotels in adobo into the meat along with onion. Top with cheese, tomato, and avocados. Delish!

Dissie, it was miserable for 2 days. Add the high winds & it was bitterly cold.

Felix, the burger sounds as good as always.

This morning at 2am we "Spring forward" in time. Always a good sign of spring. This is also Spring Break for the kids this week. The temp is to be 60F today & 70F by Thursday. Yes I like those temps!

This evening I will grill steaks purchased at the butchers yesterday. With baked potatoes & a caesar salad.

Morning Nin - 8 am already. Strange, the first few days are always hard to get used to. But I love the light in the evening.

Nice weather you guys will have, especially after all that snow. The weather is a total roller coaster in so many parts of the country these days.

I hoped for rain yesterday ... NO such luck. Today, a chance too; and I hope we get some. By Thurs we are going to be 87, which is like summer.

Steaks sound good Nin, especially grilling with nice weather.

Dinner: Crab cakes (not homemade), they were on sale at my grocery store, but they aren't too bad. I'll serve them with a home made spicy cocktail sauce; Tomato Cucumber Salad; and I'll finish off my zucchini and rice casserole from the other night.

Morning Church,

I do enjoy the later hours of daylight. Right now the mornings are dark but that will change soon & I will beable to be out in the garden at 5am. I am thinking about bringing items out of the shed but I think I am pushing it a little?

Looking forward to the summer & hoping it is as warm as last year?

My favorite is late night beach walks; I can eat late and still make it to the beach. Nice to watch the sunset and sand between the toes. Love it. And I can do my yard work late.

The owner of the dealership gave everyone one of those smoked pork butts, so that is what we will have. Will just heat it up and make some pasta salad. Dinner. I like.
