Tonight I'm making eggbeaters omelet with peppers, mushrooms and goat cheese, and Italian turkey sausage with raisin toast.

Tonight it's a small pork loin I've been marinating for about 24 hours. I'm going to do it on the grill, and have some fresh green beans and maybe some rice.
