It's always nice to see what everyone is making. Sometimes it reminds me something I haven't made; or something I would like to try. Lots of different menus.

I make frozen fries all the time, there is a certain brand I like, not all are created equal ;)

Tonight for me just a quick stir-fry :D

And, yes, I DO NOT fry often, unless a huge group of friends; so, frozen fries are my friend. Alexia I think is good too. There are a couple of good ones out there. There are some things I will cheat at ... That is definitely one :)

FYI, you can really dress up PLAIN frozen fries. Add a mix of herbs; or, try a mix of herbs and cheese. Make a spicy ketchup or a spicy aioli. Add some thin shaved onions to the fries as they bake ... Then, serve with a cheese sauce ... You can make basic frozen fries really good.
