Apologies for not getting back today; busy day in the yard; then out till 9pm. So, didn't get to get back too often. Looks like some awesome meals!!
Steak and spuds ... I'm so there, enchiladas no complaints.
And, anything on the grill I am all there.

with fries - broccoli/peas/Green pepper medley and
Malagueña Lemon and Dill Vinaigrette
30ml/2tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15ml/1tbsp White Wine Vinegar
¼tsp Garlic - finely chopped
1tbsp Dijon Mustard
1tbsp Dill - finely chopped
Squeeze fresh Lemon Juice - to taste
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper

In a small bowl, combine, stirring well, the mustard and vinegar together;
Add, stirring continuously, the dill, garlic and lemon juice;
Gradually, whisking continuously, add the oil;
Season, to taste, with salt and pepper;
Serve or can cover and leave to sit for 30 minutes or so before using.

Sounds wonderful ... smoked salmon, how could one go wrong!! I love fish cakes!!!
