YES, WE CAN ALL SAY T.G.I.F.! IT'S FINALLY FRIDAY
So, is everyone ready for the weekend?

Today's Cooking ...
2 of the ladies I cook for usually have a Card/Game Night on Friday. So, that is the plan for tonight.
Now, 1 of the ladies loves McDonalds Fillet O Fish; and, the other one loves a Big Mac. They are real foodies; but, that is a guilty indulgence now and then. So, in honor of them and their request; it is a McDonald Party for them.
But ... all homemade.

Mini 2 bite sliders of http://www.recipezazz.com/…/better-than ... ish-sandwi…; chicken mcnuggets https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp… w/BBQ or honey mustard sauce; small bowls of http://www.recipezazz.com/rec…/sarasota ... alad-22120; baked fries w/chipotle ketchup; fresh fruit cocktail cups; baked apple mini pies and soft serve ice cream sundaes (borrowing my friends soft serve ice cream machine)

Me: http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/easy-b ... oins-21462 w/apple cranberry sauce (a mix of cranberry jelly, small diced apple, orange zest and brandy; balsamic roasted brussels sprouts; whole wheat roll; peaches for dessert

It's an easy sausage rice dish tonight with salad, cheap and simple :)

Meri and CR; both sounds good to me. Chinese is usually one thing I always go out for. I love to go with a couple of friends; so, we can share everything.

IT'S THE WEEKEND! GET OUT THERE AND DO SOME GRILLING ... IT WON'T BELONG UNTIL WE CAN'T!

One of two options. If my store has fresh mussels in; steamed mussels on the grill w/crusty bread; corn on the cob; cucumber salad.

If no mussels; my leftover scalloped potatoes w/sausage, caprese salad. Then, I'll try for mussels tomorrow.

KC, don't care for mussels, but I could go for the potatoes and sausage and caprese salad.
Ellie, love chicken wings. I could make a meal just out of wings.
Tonight I made my Hearty Chili http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/hearty-chili-7413, and my Mountain High Fluffy Biscuits http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/mounta ... uits-23193.
