What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner 8/17

IT'S HUMP DAY; AND, ABOUT TIME!

I'm working from home today; doing a few odd jobs (yard work, garden, painting, etc). And, dinner is just for me and a friend.

Me and a Friend: http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/lemon- ... easts-6556 - making kabobs; sauteed mixed peppers/onions/tomatoes w/fresh oregano; grilled pita; watermelon Feta salad.
Hopefully the rain will either be early or late and hold off.
