IT'S THE START OF A NEW WEEK - HAPPY MONDAY!
So, What's Cookin' Today?

Lady #1: Eggplant parmesan; tomato salad; crusty pesto bread w/artichokes

Lady #2+4 Guests: Grilled Italian shrimp to start; eggplant parmesan; tomato salad; crusty pesto bread w/artichokes

Me: Foil pouch snapper w/leftover rice, roasted red peppers, artichokes, olives, capers, wine, and tomatoes; cucumber salad

Monday- BLAH!!!!!! I hate cooking on Mondays so it's just grilled cheese and fries tonight, Kchurchill5 you have a great menu for a Monday :!: :shock:

Thx, the foil pouches in the oven are so simple. Just add everything in a pouch; and, on the grill. NO dishes, lol.

Throwing some beef bones on the barbie later tonight, broccoli slaw and a few beers, Im a happy camper :lol:
