Happy Saturday ... So, What's Cookin'?

Busy here, catering party. Had to postpone dinner last night. So, ended up with leftover rice with artichokes, capers, onions, herbs; and, grilled chicken which was good.
Tonight, back to my salmon cakes w/lemon aioli, corn on the cob and slaw. That will be late after the catering event.
