What's For Dinner Tonight?

Busy busy, sorry. Catering a wedding tonight; so, been on the run.
My friend put some chicken stew in the crock for us. She and her kids are helping me. We prepped last night and will be ... in just a bit. NO, decor, just food for us; so, it's pretty easy. And, it's mostly appie/skewers for the party.

Here is the list if interested ...
These are the skewers, appies for the wedding tonight. Most are skewers, some are served in small plastic glasses or shot glasses with dips; etc.
But, I thought these are some fun ideas for summer or dinner parties too.
ALL ARE 3-4 BITE SKEWERS

Antipasta skewers (- tomatoes, basil, mozz; - marinated artichokes, olives, feta; - salami, cheese, pepperoncini; - mini cherry peppers stuffed with goat cheese)
Mixed fruit skewers in a cup w/vanilla yogurt dip
Steak strips with onions and a chimmichurri
Chicken, onion, bacon w/ranch
Celery, carrot, radish skewers w/blue cheese or green goddess
Pepperoni wrapped bread sticks w/marinara
Lobster and shrimp or lobster and scallops w/chilled remoulade or hollandaise
Grilled chorizo, green olives, manchego cheese
5 layer type of taco dip with tortilla strips in a plastic cup
Ham and a pepper relish mustard slider
Roasted honey turkey w/mango chutney slider
Blackened grouper slider with spicy fennel cucumber slaw
Mini 2x baked potatoes
Roasted squash/mushroom skewers w/roasted red pepper dip

WOW KC! I can't believe you had time to post at all, let alone so much. I wish I was going to that wedding.
Tonight I made BBQ chicken legs done in the slow cooker, rice and corn. I put the chicken in still frozen, poured some BBQ sauce over them and turned it on high. 5 hours later, they just fell off the bone.

Thx guys, I did have help; and most was room temp; so not as bad as it looks.

Wedding went well, everything happy.
You all sound like you had great dinners. My friends and I had some chicken stew in between dinner and dessert; better than nothing.

They did invite us for drinks and dessert which as nice. Easy Peasy night. And, the weather co-operated!!
