What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 4/13

Happy Hump Day Everyone!!
What's Everyone Cooking Today?

Ladies #1 and #2: Pot of fresh pea soup; ham salad sandwiches on fresh whole wheat bread; fruit

Me: Last night I had freezer stash lasagna with my asparagus; tonight, I think I will go back to my creamed turkey over biscuits.
But, I have lamb chops marinated, chicken for chicken kabobs marinated; zucchini, tomatoes and plenty of greens to use up.

So, this week is really flexible. I can mix and match; and switch things around, so, who knows. I'll decide later.
And, I have a wedding to cater this weekend; so, Fri and Sat will be easy work nights; so, I'm trying to cook too much.

Someone gave me a large box of fresh mushrooms so it will be something using them I'm not quite sure yet though. Happy Hump Day!

KC, haven't had pea soup in a very long time. Not sure if my husband would like it. Maybe I'll try it soon. Sounds great!

Lovin, I make the regular pea soup. Ham bone and dried peas and slow cooked. This is fresh peas; and, much different ... My son loves it. It is so easy.
