Well was going to grill but it's raining like heck so, it was frozen thawed fish and frozen fries for us, not such a great dinner.

Nothing wrong with that. Sometimes adding a fresh fruit or tomato salsa on the fish helps out ... And, I love to add some Mexican seasoning to my fries. Any little bit helps.
