Happy Saturday Everyone!!!

Basically, a very simple day here. After a CBC coma last night; and, too much green beer ... it's a low key day. I have some simple cheese/crackers and fruit for lunch.
Dinner ... CBC day 2. No cooking, which is fine with me.

Tonight we are having chicken stir-fry (recipe from paper) - this one using cauliflower and broccoli.

Trying this chicken recipe tonight :)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
Butter for Greasing Pan
Sauce Ingredients
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TBSP Dry Ground Mustard
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Place Chicken breast in a foil lined baking pan that has been buttered. Pour Sauce over chicken and bake for 1 hour or until Chicken is done enough for your liking. Every 15 minutes, turn the Chicken Breasts over and baste with the sauce in the bottom of the pan.

I think chicken breast on the grill, I'm just going to get my marinade ready, baked potatoes also cooked on the grill and new rice salad recipe I'm not sure if I'll post it here I'm in between liking it and loving it :lol: Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

I have some leftover spaghetti so I'm heating it in a fry pan with some butter and parmesan cheese, throwing in some canned tuna and that will be dinner tonight
