Finally back on.

Me: Greek Shrimp Salad.
Pan sauteed Greek marinated shrimp, tomatoes and olives; over a bed a mixed greens, marinated artichokes, red onions, and cucumber; fresh strawberries and grapes on the side. Super easy!

I'm trying my hand at homemade crescent rolls, at this time I'm not sure what it will be with 2 pounds of ground beef sitting in my fridge

Tonight it's honey garlic meatballs and rice

Smoked sausage cut into rounds, browned then coated in BBQ sauce; served on top of fried potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, salt, pepper and fresh chopped rosemary.
