What WAS on your Plate & WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 2/4
Sorry, I missed yesterday; just plain forgot!
Well, yesterday I cooked for 2 of the ladies; and, had planned a salad topped with grilled tuna. But, I found a container of mushroom lasagna in the freezer to use up; so, that was dinner with some sauteed swiss chard.
Tonight, back to my Asian Grilled Tuna over greens; and fruit.
And, I'm making my Blood Mary chicken wings for my electrician friend who fixed my fridge; and, fixing another plug tonight.

I tried to get a pic of this; but, it didn't work.
I used a good old pack of cheap chicken ramen noodles. Added, frozen mushrooms, frozen seasoning blend (my mix of onion, celery, red and green pepper), shredded carrots, a little dash of soy, minced ginger; then, cooked until almost done. Finished by cooking a farm fresh egg in the pot on top of the noodles. Scallions, cilantro, a drizzle of sesame oil to finish.
I was so such a happy camper for a 10 minute dish.

Lovin, nice combo. I have always loved spaget squash; but, have been making it more often. I also have a couple of Mrs Dash blends which I enjoy.
Christianna, peas ... I love peas. Ellie and Comfort ... looks like good comfort food tonight. I went that way as well. MaDonna, interesting; never tried it. I'm curious how it comes out. Let us know.
