A Chilling Morning Here! Trying to Warm Up ... Us Floridians Don't do Well in Cold Weather, lol!

Leftover and salad was simple and good last night.
Today, lunch out with a friend stopping by ... Just catching up. That will be dinner.
Dinner ...

Kind of cold here today. I saved the ham bone and juice from the Christmas ham in the freezer. So I made a big pot of ham and bean soup. Warms your tummy!

Made a beef pie tonight out of leftover roast beef, we enjoyed so I'll most likely repeat it :)

Lovin, I have a ham bone too in the freezer. As soon as I eat a couple more freezer containers. Ham is next. I just made 6 containers of stock from the turkey. So, I need to finish off my 1 tomato, 1 chili, and 3 veggie; before I add any more.

Anyone who has cold weather right now ... the oven is the way to go.
Beef pie sounds great. I just used some of my swiss steak to make hash; and the rest, I plan on making beef pot pies as well.
Pot pies are the best!!
