What WAS on your Plate & What's for Dinner Tonight 11/27

Well, turkey day is over. I stuffed myself. My friend came over late and had a bihg plate ... and was very grateful; he had to work till 10pm and no family. He is one of my poker buddies. My son will be over later today to pick up a tray of food for he and his gf.

Tonight, Day 2 of exactly what I had last night. But, probably more ham vs turkey. Last night was more turkey vs ham.

Turkey soup will be later next month. I usually wait about 3 weeks; then, make a big pot. It is great to have handy in the freezer when it gets close to Xmas and NY's. Perfect for a quick reheat for dinner.

If I didnt have 5 containers in my freezer ... I would be making it too this week.

A full plate again ... more ham tonight vs turkey. Had a mini turkey sandwich with cranberry on a small dinner roll for lunch.
