Thanks Phoenix and Ellie for your birthday wishes. Had a great lunch with the girls today at my favorite Asian restaurant. Brought some home for my husband so I wouldn't have to cook today either. Yay!
Tomorrow I go to the spa for a facial with the gift certificate my generous son always buys me. Love to get pampered.

Try my Curry Chicken over Rice recipe only substitute browned ground beef for the chicken. http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/curry- ... -rice-6716. Then there's my Korean BBQ Meatballs http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/korean ... alls-18550.
You could also make a big pot of chili, put some in wide-mouth quart canning jars, but be sure to leave 2" of space at the top, and freeze them for later use.

Happy Birthday Lovin! Hope you had a nice time. I sometimes get a combo dinner from my Chinese place; and, yes ... they always serve way too much, lol. It's dinner for at least two, lol.

Ground beef ... I usually go with two options.
My version of goulash ... a mix of onions, celery, peppers, beef, diced tomatoes. Add to elbow and into a casserole. Add cheese and Bake.

Or I make my 1 pan beef stroganoff.
My last thing is a good Mexican stir fry. I'll take pinto, black beans, chili powder, cumin, diced tomatoes, and whatever I can find Mexican ... olives, jalapeno, green chilies, etc. And I saute. Toss with yellow or white rice; and, serve with warm tortillas.
Of course add cheese and sour cream as a garnish.

Thanks KChurchill for the birthday wishes. Getting ready right now to go for my facial. I know I'll feel like a limp noodle when I get done. It's so relaxing. They not only do my face, but also my shoulders, the top of my back, my neck, my arms and hands and every finger. M-m-m-m-m-m-m-m!!!!!

Lovely. When I get my massage I feel the same way. NEVER had a facial. But, I bet it would feel wonderful. They do massage my face, lol.

Just enjoy and relax!
