Tonight I had frozen ravioli's, but instead of a tomato based sauce, I made Alfredo sauce with sauted onions, crimini mushrooms, garlic and cherry tomatoes in it. It was very tasty.

Tonight we had meatloaf and a new dish I found on Pinterest to use some of the "tons" of spaghetti squash my husband planted. It is spaghetti squash with bacon, kale and goat cheese. I just posted the recipe, so it'll probably be up tomorrow. But it was delicious!!! It's a keeper.

Afternoon Lovin and Ellie; sorry, I missed a day or two. Sort of crazy.

I was out one night; then, company ... but, I did cook my chicken. So last night, chicken I cooked in the crock; made broth too.
Then, had that for dinner with mashed cheesy spuds; and lima beans and peas.

Tonight, out again, Thai food with my gf, her treat.
So, as you can see ... not a lot of cooking.

Sounds like you have good dinner plans. I promise to stop in more. Just been a few crazy weeks is all. We all get them!

Since breaking a rib; and bruising a few others; I have not cooked too much at all. I've been enjoying very simple meals. I even had a pasta caesar salad the other night. But, the pasta and chicken were both made in the freezer. That is pretty much what I have been doing.

Tonight, crab cakes (also ones I made in my freezer) w/spicy mustard sauce; roasted potatoes; and, a simple carrot salad.

Tonight - crockpot frajitas - made from flank steak. We'll probably have them with fruit.

Kitten - how are you doing? I hope you feel better soon - are they giving you any recovery time?
