I was promised take out tonight, so Baked Italian Beef w/mozz. and a Sicilian salad. (Why do I feel guilty because I spent $125 at the store today?) :o

I haven't been on much sorry. A battle with a slight flu bug. Other than a poached egg and 1 piece of toast. That is it so far. Maybe a small dish of pasta tonight. I know I need to eat.

Posted a few recipes I already had uploaded and finally got around to the pics off my flash.

Not a very productive day.
I hope everyone is doing well!

We had leftover ham from last night along with mashed potatoes and beans. I still have a ton left so I will make sandwiches for DH's lunch tomorrow. I will freeze the rest for later.

I felt better yesterday and I never got too bad, but just achy and sick to my stomach. NO fun. I did eat a little pasta yesterday which tasted good. Today, I have tons to do to prepare for 2 big dinners tomorrow, then mine plus a second one of Thurs, one Sat. Yes 4 Turkey days.

So today I was up making mashed spuds and dressing for tomorrow (one lady) along with pies for everyone. I also prepared a lot of the ingredients for tomorrow turkey day, cranberry sauce, cut up onions, celery, veggies etc and I'm pretty well set. Just baking the pies right now.

That has pretty much wiped me out, but it is my job, so It has got to get done. I am wearing a mask, just in case.

Me tonight, cooking all this food just doesn't make me want to cook anything for myself, but I may cook fish. I would be mild and I know I need to eat something, but we will see.

Feel better Nin, I know it is no fun not feeling well.
