At work from 7-10 got called in. (our local field office)
AC, more issues, not fixed. Coming back tomorrow.
HOT, at least the house is open and it is cool, just WET, and HUMID

Grabbed a half subway sub, veggie on the way to work. I took some frozen grapes and watermelon; and that was dinner.

My fish, it will be fine tomorrow.

More packing to do today, and hopefully it will stop raining long enough to get the yard done. It has been endless rainy days in a row for over a week - pouring and storming all day long.

Tonight I plan to tackle the pouch of smoked salmon. I am leaning towards fish cakes, although it is such a tiny pouch, I might need to scrap that idea and turn it into some sort of salad. The fish cakes would be better, since everyone will eat them - and the salad would just be me. We'll see how it goes.

Fish spread with crackers. You could also, pick up a small piece of salmon and mix the fresh with the smoked. I have done that before and it is really good.

You could also do a potato, salmon cake, vs all salmon; I have made those too.. Serve with a salad or some veggies on the side.

Morning Everyone!

HF, Well, I kept saying we haven't got any rain - OK, we now have rain. Did it have to come all in one two days. The AC people don't like to work in the rain :( At least it is a good packing day.

Today, the fish I didn't have last night. A new recipe to be posted (Fish with a Jalapeno Cream); and, since more than likely it will be raining ... I think the grilled potatoes will be leftover rice but Sunday night. Cucumber salad; and watermelon for dessert.

By my calendar, it's July 2. ;)

Tonight we're picking up a variety of deli salads because our girl has ice skating practice for the hour before we normally would eat, making cooking difficult. But their in-store deli is amazing, so I'm sure it'll be great. :)

Sounds like a nice, easy, busy, hot summer day plan.
Hope you are enjoying Vaca!

Oh yeah - I didn't even notice it was another month already. Time for a new thread already - where did June go?

I forgot. July coming up. Blonde Moment. Geeze, yes, where did June go. I planned to do it the other night, and then had to go to work.
