Re: Margarita Cupcakes for Cinco de Mayo

Thanks, Queen Bea! I love taking food pics, but don't get a chance to do it as much lately, as my "good" camera is on the fritz. Those were taken with a $60 point-n-shoot, so I was pleased they came out so well! I hope to join you all more frequently, once life slows down a little bit!!! 8-)

A few weeks ago we went up mountain to visit our bartenders mother for a homecooked meal. Homegrown pig - OMG. And homemade sour cr...

Re: Easter

I am SO jealous of you both! No way I can get lamb down here! Mikekey, I love your menu - those fondant potatoes sound wonderful. I'll have to try those with my PORK roast. :(

Coconut Pineapple Custard

Just made these "sweet" little custards again, and since the day is sunny and clear, it just cried out for a picture! Pineapple Custard by JostLori http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/pineapple-custard-num-crme-ma-nor-10974 After I posted the picture, I noticed my palm trees reflected in the spoon. Coo...
