Have tried using instant yeast (some refer to it as bread machine yeast)? It's much easier, just mix in with the flour and continue the recipe!

I agree Dissie . . . we come here to discuss breads, sweet, savory, etc. Don't think Offal (or is it Awful) can be prepared in a bread machine.

Thanks everyone for chiming in, I don't make many sweet breads, other than cinnamon rolls. Now the Hawaiian Bread recipe looks like something I MUST try!

Planning to make pizza dough this week too! Have you tried the stretch and fold method? It's so much easier.
