I have saved several recipes and thank all of you very much. So far have made pumpkin butter, pumpkin sauce, pumpkin soup, pumpkin bread. Thank you everyone. Sue I do plan to can a few jars so emptied fridge last night for making room to let pumpkin sit overnight to drain. Very excited to get this process going today.
