All I know is that a lot of people who go off of it have their health problems cleared up (and sometimes they go off of dairy too - another big allergy food). I just tried a gf/cf/sf/egg free cookie recipe in the dehydrator. It turned out awesome! I'm going to have to buy more of those plastic sheets for the dehydrator to make a bigger batch. When the recipe posts, I'll try to remember to put it here.

This is very good, and a no bake recipe to boot. Just make sure you keep them in the fridge, as coconut oil tends to melt easily.
