I'm pretty fortunate, my husband loves most of the things I cook. The only notable exception is oriental foods. The only thing I've made that he really enjoyed was pork lo mein. Any time I make a stir fry, he doesn't care for it, which makes no sense to me since he loves Mongolian BBQ when we go out...

These look delicious! I might have to try this recipe; everytime I've made fried green tomatoes they come out soggy. These look crispy and perfect!

Maple glazed pork loin with cranberry apple stuffing, roasted rosemary and garlic potatoes, green beans with bacon and onions, homemade dinner rolls, and nectarine blueberry cobbler for dessert.

Dinner was margherita pizza on a homemade whole wheat crust, sprinkled with home-grown basil. On the side was a Caesar salad and mushrooms stuffed with a hot Italian meatball mix.

I think as organic becomes more mainstream, and more research comes out about the benefits, the prices will drop eventually. Even in my time I've seen organic going from only being available at specialty stores to almost all reasonably sized supermarkets carrying a decent selection. I do think GMOs ...

What do you buy organic?

Hello all! I was wondering what organic foods everyone buys. I would love to one day be able to afford to have an all-organic diet, but for the time being I mostly buy berries, lettuce, soymilk, and anything I can get really cheap at Costco.
