One of my favorites is Hawaiian Sweet Potato Balls. Got this recipe from my old trusty Betty Crocker cookbook I got as a wedding present 48 years ago. Very observant, Bergy. I'm at a loss (since I can't use it to make a grilled cheese =-), but I'd try it on one of those recipes that tells you to squeeze the liquid from a package of defrosted spinach. :lol:
