Hello and welcome to my profile. I LOVE this site and proud to be one of the founding members. I have met many great people here and look forward to meeting more. I just love to cook and enjoy developing my own recipes which are all listed here. All the recipes I have posted have been made by me or I have tried elsewhere and asked for the recipe to post here.

RATING RECIPES: I can usually tell by the recipe's ingredient list if I'm going to enjoy a recipe or not, so I do usually go with "Familiar" recipes. But, I do once in a while try something different.

HOW I RATE RECIPES:
5 stars, Tasty recipe I will make again.
4 stars, Tasty recipe I will make again with a few changes.
3 stars, Okay recipe but probably won't make it again.
I don't give anything under 3 stars, if I don't like the recipe I don't rate it.
