For all "newbie" breadbakers
If you're a "newbie" at bread baking, after you've mixed up your dough and set it aside to rise, don't just wash the bowl and your hands in the sink. Put some flour in the bowl and in your hands. Rub the flour all over your hands and rub off the sticky dough into the bowl. Then take a paper towel and rub the flour all around the bowl to get the sticky dough off the sides and bottom of the bowl. Then toss it all in the trash. You don't want to gum up your sink drain with all that dough paste.
