'Tis Domingo - What DID You Have for Dinner Last Night

Hi, Have a great day everyone.
Last night a major change -- No curry as watched rugby with few adult beverages. So Tuna mayo salad, leafy salad and fries --- lovely. cheers

We had a non traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Roasted leg of lamb, Greek roasted potatoes steamed cauliflower & broccoli...followed by raisin pie.

HI luvcookin -- Now lamb can only be described as the best magic main course.!! have reservations re dessert -- raisins !!! cheers. Cheers.

Hi récipeGirl, fish and chips -- fried in breadcrumbs or batter i presume --- very nice. -- Potato salad -- great but fries and tatare sauce is magic. cheers
Supreme Tartare Sauce
15g/½oz Capers - drained and finely chopped
30g/1oz small Gherkins - drained and finely chopped
120g/4oz Mayonnaise
½ to 1tbsp - to taste Flat leaf Parsley - finely chopped
Touch Shallots - finely diced - to taste;
Touch Dill - finely chopped - to taste.
Touch Lemon Juice - to taste;
In a small bowl, mix the capers and gherkins into the mayonnaise;
Add the parsley and the other ingredients to taste.
Mix well to fully combine all the elements;
Taste and adjust if and/or as necessary;
Can serve immediately or cover with clingfilm and chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving

Went out for fast food :oops: :D :D then shopped and spent way to much money on some early xmas gifts :D

me and my brother had cheese pizza, cauliflower and broccoli. And then for dessert.... we had raisin pie. :shock: :-P
