Rustic Cabbage Soup

Just posted, hopefully up soon.

I had 1 large bowl for dinner; and 5 containers (large ones) in the freezer. Perfect to have on hand.
I had a BLT with mine last night. I couldn't pass up those summer tomatoes.

There's a lot in this soup; but mostly cabbage. It has a really nice rich flavor.

Thx, it was really good and comforting. I can say low fat ... except for the beer. But, I have made it with a gf beer for one friend, and a non alcoholic for another. So, you can get around it.

But thx. And, leftovers in the freezer.

Very nice looking soup. I have an abundance of cabbage again this year. This sounds like a good recipe!
