Zucchini and Onions Japanese Style

This is truly a wonderful way to use Zucchini.
Its adds a lovely subtle flavour to the Zucchini and with the added onion's this made for one delicious meal.

Looks delicious. We usually have that with teriaki steak.

Your photos are gorgeous. They may have changed my mind about Zucchini - I find Zuke very bland that you have to be very careful cooking so it doesn't get too soft. I am going look at the recipe.

DH say's if its got no taste....then why eat it
Mind you he still wouldn't try this recipe!
Which reminds me, its a hot day today....must go out and water the Zuke's! ;)
