Crab Stuffed Cuke & small Cheese Platter

We were taking a friend out for lunch to celebrate her 80th birthday & as usual we have an appie or two at home, have a great "catch up on the news"' out for luch then home for cheese crackers & perhaps a small Brandy
I have the filling on a 1/4" slice of cucumber so it is a one bite appetizer that is crisp & cool & tasty. The prawns have a bit of Thai chili sauce on them.
