It is -24 degrees Celsius here right now, -33 with the wind chill, cold but tolerable.

Thx Bergy, I don't have much Venison left. I might have to do some baking to trade for some since hubby didn't get out much to hunt, lol.

I don't have it very often. We don't hunt so it is very expensive otherwise, and unless I swap with a hunter for other things, I am pretty much out of luck. You must feel blessed to have such a supply! :D

Very nice looking pot of chili you have there QueenBea, Venison is a great meat and not a whole lot of fat, haven't had it in a while :(
