Pork Fried Rice

Not exactly my basic recipe; I had to improvise a bit; but, basically same recipe for the most part.

My normal doesn't have corn; and has bok choy or cabbage and mushrooms ... but, I had to improvise. But, same flavor; so, no complaints.

Your pork fried rice looks so tasty Kim!

Have a question for you all about the eggs. I would enjoy this and other variations of recipes for fried rice but I dont like the eggy flavor so could they be left out? My grand-daughter loves it and would like to make it for her too.
